Handle vs Body Empty Handle vs Body

Post  george dunning Sat Feb 09, 2008 11:32 am

When I used to be able to row I only really felt the handle hitting my body with any force when going flat out (and technique was just a big word rather than something I had), but since taking a break I find that it is more common even at lower rates and slower paces.

Is it a product of something in the 'action' or rowing strapless or low DF or just being hopeless Question I have this weird notion that maybe with to low a drag it is to 'easy' to overpower the fan at the end of the drive Shocked Shocked Shocked scratch
