AM: 3.53 miles on the elliptical in 20' (average 5:39.9 pace). New PB for the session. 100 X 100 lb seated rows.
PM: 40' Wolverine Plan level 4 (176/176/176/176), target 10368m, actual 10515m (+1.4%; 1:54.1 pace r17.6). Also ab crunches. I may add some intervals.

hi

still a bit tired from last nights session (40 min x2 with 4 min rest : 10.537 m & 10.571m)


but completed 4 x 15min with 3 min rest this afternoon

8min at 1.53 & 7 min at 1.45

1) 4093m
2) 4077m
3) 4103m
4) 4108m

ready for tomorrow's challenge affraid

Added a p****d off 10 x 1' r32/1', negative splitted down from 1:32.3 to 1:29.1, average 1:31.2 pace r32.0. Where the fcuk was this yesterday Twisted Evil Twisted Evil Twisted Evil Twisted Evil Embarassed Twisted Evil

So far this evening I've shed 4.7 lbs of water weight despite drinking about a liter between the WP 40' and the 1'/1' intervals.
