Afternoon ergo at the club.

3. 3:16.2 1:38.1 32spm
4. 3:17.9 1:38.9 32spm
I started the second interval and had to stop 600m in. I regrouped and restarted the second interval.
I ate lunch too close to the workout. The tuna burger kept threatening to come up.
Anyway it was a crap session, but I sucked it up and finished anyway. A mental victory if nothing else. Onwards and upwards.
As for the new C2 diary format, it seems that even when the forum is working (which isn't very often) it is so onerous to find anyone else's diary that no one bothers. And you cannot comment!!!
I may premenantly switch to Jane's forum if the format isn't radically altered.

Re: Neil's Logbook
Hi Neil,
Good to finish the work-out when you're struggling to retain your stomach contents.
I'm writing my blog on the main site in the hopes that a fix will be applied in the near future. It's very easy to copy it to here where, as you've said, it can attract feedback.
I'm also copying and pasting past entries to a document on my own computer. It's not great literature but I need the record for future reference and there's a danger of it vanishing into the aether.
Regards,
Joe

My kids have been learning the guitar and I;ve been following along. I never learned to play any musical instruments before, so it was quite a surprise that I enjoy it so much. I guess you can teach an old dog new tricks.

It's difficult when you're trying to shift the weight. Hope a few drinks get you back on your game.

Re: Neil's Logbook
Thanks Joe.
I rowed a pretty even pace thoroughout the race (in contrast to last year). I was very happy with the results. Also met some of the forum people- Ben, Yankeerunner, Nav, Rocket. I'll post some more at lunch when I get a moment to type.
The uk forum seems to have some problems.
