Today I had a rest day but I did start my brand new Powerbreathe sports performance plus.
I am really hoping to get my fitness back sooner rather than later.

Can I be an honorary TO member on this forum? My team thread on the other forum is boring enough, so not about to start one here to talk to myself.

first 2.5k at about 1:56 a 20spm and the rest at 2:02 20spm

I have been locked out of the UK forum after I changed my email address and concept haven't sent me an authorisation code.
I even tried to register a different name but no dice.

Looks like I am finished on there.
