Racing stroke rate....
I am thinking about doing 200m at a long slow stroke and then 200m at a short stroke and repeat until the end. Is this a good idea or not?
Roy

Roy wants his own magic silver anti-Ranger bullet to counter the high-spi sprackback. It's sort of like "you sign Defoe, we'll go out and sign Benjani."
Rocket, I mean this in the nicest way. You are a MUPPET if you tinker with ANYTHING at this stage in the game. Do you want to wear a bobble hat and sit in the stands for the rest of your life?

Re: Racing stroke rate....
Well, the long stroke tires my upper body and the short stroke gives it time to recover---but then again they both tire my legs.....Hmmm conumdrum
