10k this morning, done as 1k wu 500 @1.40 500@2.00 x8 and a 1k cd. Hit all the fast ones not sure of the slow ones was a bit under on some and a bit over on others.

Finshed with 10k 36.59.6 @1.51.0 r 24

Slacker, only 1:40s?? That sesh is a killer. I vaguely remember the pain from doing that one with you a while ago. Well done.

5k online tonight, but was late getting to the machine and didnt warm up. Ended up with a 17.13.8 r26 which was ok should have been quicker but it will do for now

well pleased with that, not quite at pb form at the minute but getting there. 2nd fastest 10k ever so must be improving
