Can't see the C2 forum letting people back in any time soon, so will start my diary here for now Very Happy

Saturday training, I was over at JB's in the afternoon and we did a 60 min session:

60 min - 15692 mtrs - avg 1.54.7 - 20 spm

10 min splits

1.54.7 - 20 - 142
1.54.8 - 20 - 150
1.54.8 - 20 - 154
1.54.7 - 20 - 160
1.54.7 - 20 - 161
1.54.4 - 20 - 162

Good session Very Happy

Today

Out for a run, am doing the Leeds 10k in June so am doing at least two runs per week, target for the 10k is sub 50 min which I think should be doable.

4.54 miles today in 42.26 which was only my second run in 2 years. The good thing though is I'm now only 112kg Very Happy so a bit less lard to carry around.

Hi Nick,
Why cant you get in?
I posted on my C2 blog that I thought the new format was bollox. Hardly contravening the laws of the Nation (the reason for removing you) and have been manually withdrawn without any confirmation. I emailed them, apologising for causing any "hurt", first time offense, strikes and all that, asking as I wanted to promotethe Carole Mac CTC Day. Heard nothing...

Hi Kev

I changed my e-mail address which means you have to re-activate your account via the link they e-mail you back with, the same as when you register on here. There e-mail activation doesn't work. I've tried registering again with a new user name but still can't get in because that part of the e-mail activation doesn't work either........Have tried e-mailing them but keep getting my e-mails reurned as not delivered, load of bollocks...................

Still nothing from C2 about the forum lock out, says a lot about a company when they can't even repond to an e-mail Evil or Very Mad

I've discussed this briefly with Chris Rowe (I've got him on MSN messenger), it should be fixed.
