Thats the fastest set of 1mins Ive ever done. I know its not much in the grand scheme of things but, its just nice to be able to say that for the first time in over a year now.

I did my weekend weigh in this morning and am 60.5kg so thats also good news.

Tomorrow is a planned rest day and as Im on half term holiday will mean a day of doing absolutely nothing physical what so ever. Im visiting a mate for lunch and then going to spend the rest of the day moulding my arse into the sofa, with a good book and a bit of trailer trash daytime TV.

Hampshire is screwing around with Easter too. The kids get Good Friday/Easter Monday then have another week at school before the two week Easter hols.

Not racing in soton as doing boston the week after...considering coming down to watch with mrs c... will see how i feel at the end of the week...

Went to physio today to get my back re-aligned and losened up a bit. Subsequently felt a bit cautious doing dance class.

Made shepards pie for my supper...havent had this for years and it was flipping luvlee... with peas and carrots and gravey...no pudding though...gutted....

Im now six weeks booze free . Dont talk to me about missing pudding I will though have a beer or two on saturday night
