That's a brutal session. Never done anything like that. Very low spm for the pace.

Yes, Joe, I think weight training contributes to nice low rate paces. I'm driving to London in half an hour to pick up my wife and daughter from the airport...

nice meals start tomorrow again Very Happy

rest today, just 2 easy sessions left before Southampton...
